VGC Foundation

Finances run on accountability and likewise industry runs on standardization, but people run on advocacy. With counseling involving Jim Hodges, who then became South Carolina's Governor, VGC 501(c)(3) Nonprofit Corporation was formed for leadership optimzation in the protection and support of victims, churches, hospitals, and civic groups. VGC Agency (especially security and higher education matters) is conditionally affiliated (see above) that there be no conflict-of-interest.

Future Plans, Homeland Security

Through consultation with Jim Hodges, the VGC Proposal was made, core to his successful campaign for governor, and Jim recommended the future path of VGC as a 501(c)(3) Nonprofit Corporation. Via VGC monitoring NGISC and working together with Ethics Chair Becky Meacham and Governor Tom Ridge, further agreements and projections were made for thorough and serious consideration of catalyzing effects.

This United States of America Constitution Amendment provision gives people the right to run for Office of the President in a more fair and unbias way. This legislation mathematically thwarts unfair favoritism for all elected head office positions. Just as Congress must have majority for one type of vote, two-thirds for another type of vote, and so on, the same mathematical principles have been applied to what Dr. Bob Benchoff has termed the Royal Lineage Effect in USA, saying "Just as we pushed for hiring of minorities in businesses, we must push for equality in government." This legislation would produce increased free enterprise profitability for voluntary participants, while thwarting terrorism. Half of all funds collected via this self-funding legislation would go to government taxes. On April 2, 2003 this Bill was submitted to legislature and to the White House.
